Balance
Loot splits, guild bank, member balances, and economy history.
How balances work
What a guild balance is, how silver gets onto it, and who can change it.
Every member has a silver balance in each guild. It is what the guild owes you. The website keeps the books. The silver itself stays in game until an officer hands it over.
Positive, zero or negative
| Your balance | What it means |
|---|---|
Positive (e.g. 4.2m) | The guild owes you that much. Ask an officer to pay it out in game. |
| Zero | You're settled up. |
Negative (e.g. −500k) | You owe the guild. Your next payouts go toward the debt first. |
How silver gets on and off a balance
| What happens | Effect | Who does it |
|---|---|---|
| Event payout after a CTA | Adds your share of the loot, plus any regear | Officers, from the event |
| Officer grant | Adds silver, e.g. a reward or a correction | Officers, in Guild bank or /bank give |
| Officer remove | Takes silver off, e.g. a fine or a correction | Officers, in Guild bank or /bank remove |
| Pay out | Sets your balance to zero once you got the silver in game | Officers, in Guild bank or /bank clear |
| Paid member / Received | Moves silver from one member's balance to another's | Any member, from Balance or /pay |
| Paid guild | Moves silver from your balance back to the guild | Any member, from Balance or /bank deposit |
| Payout reverted | Takes back a payout that was run by mistake | Officers, from Event Lootsplits |
Every change is logged with who made it, when, and any note.
A typical week
- You join a CTA. After the fight, an officer runs the payout. Your share lands on your balance.
- You open Balance and see
+3.1m Event payout. - You ask for your silver. An officer trades it to you in game, then clicks Pay out. Your balance goes back to zero.
Some guilds let balances build up and pay out once a week. Others pay out after every event. Both work.
Signed up through Discord without an account?
You still get paid. Your share waits on a Discord-only balance. /balance shows it in Discord. Sign up on the website with the same Discord account to claim it.
Left the guild?
Your balance doesn't disappear. You can still open Balance to see it, so it can be settled. You can't pay anyone until you rejoin.
Who can do what
Leaders can do everything. Officers can do everything except wipe all balances. A leader can give custom ranks any of these under Ranks:
| Permission | Allows |
|---|---|
| View the guild bank | Open Guild bank, Logs and Bank Stats |
| Adjust member balances | Grant, remove and pay out member balances |
| Adjust the guild balance | Add or remove silver from the guild's own balance |
| Pay other members | Pay members even when the guild has turned member payments off |
| Draft / Execute / Revert payouts | Prepare, run and undo event payouts |
| Wipe all member balances | Zero every balance at once. Leader only, unless given to a rank on purpose |
Leaders can stop members paying each other. Turn off Allow members to pay other players in Settings. Members can then only pay the guild.
Your balance
Check what the guild owes you, read your history, and pay members or the guild.
See what the guild owes you and where every silver came from.
Check your balance
- Open Balance in the guild sidebar.
- The big number at the top is your balance. Red means you owe the guild.
- Activity lists every change from the last 30 days, newest first. Each row shows what happened, the amount, and your balance after it.
Hover a note to read it in full. Officers often say why they granted or removed silver.
| Activity label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Event payout | Your share from a finished event |
| Officer grant / Officer remove | An officer changed your balance by hand |
| Paid member / Received | You paid someone, or someone paid you |
| Paid guild | You paid silver back to the guild |
Older activity drops off the list after 30 days. Your balance itself never expires.
Pay a member or the guild
- On Balance, click Pay.
- Choose Member or Guild.
- For a member, search for the player.
- Enter the amount. Shorthand works:
500k,1.5m,2b. - Click Send.
You can only pay out of a positive balance, and never more than you have. Pay is hidden while your balance is zero or negative.
If you only see Pay guild, your leader turned off payments between members.
Getting your silver
The website doesn't move silver in game. When you want your balance, ask an officer. They trade you the silver, then click Pay out, which sets your balance to zero.
From Discord
/balance (or /bal) shows your balance. /pay pays members, roles, or the bank. See Discord commands for balance.
Event payouts
Track finished CTAs awaiting payout and see what you were paid.
See which finished events are still waiting for payout, and what each one paid you.
- Open Event Lootsplits in the sidebar.
- Awaiting payout lists finished events that officers haven't paid yet.
- Paid out lists events already paid. Each shows Your payout and the Event total.
- Switch Show to My signups to see only events you were in.
- Click View Event to open the event and its aftermath.
You only see your own amounts. Silver from a paid event is already on your balance.
For officers
The same page is your to-do list. Anything in Awaiting payout still needs paying. A Revert button sits on each paid event. See Payout.
Payout
Split an event's loot: net pool, regears, extras, and each player's share.
A payout turns an event's loot into silver on each player's balance. You enter the numbers once. The site does the maths, pays everyone in one go, and keeps a record.
Where to run it
- From the event (recommended): open a finished event. The aftermath board has a card for each part: Lootsplit, Regears, Attendance, Player split and Payout. Fill them in any order. Your draft saves as you go.
- From the events list: click Payout on a finished event. A wizard walks you through Loot split → Regear → Individual extras → Player payout.
Both use the same draft, so you can start in one and finish in the other.
How the pool is worked out
Enter what you have. You need at least EMV loot or Silver bags.
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| EMV loot | Estimated market value of all items looted |
| % EMV sold | How much of that loot you actually sold. Only the sold part counts |
| Silver bags | Raw silver picked up during the event |
| Repair cost | Silver spent on repairs, taken off first |
| Guild Tax Raw Silver | A flat amount the guild keeps, taken off first |
| Guild Tax | A percentage the guild keeps from what's left |
The calculation:
- Loot = EMV loot × % sold + silver bags − repair cost − raw silver tax
- Net pool = loot − guild tax %
Example: 100m EMV, 80% sold, 5m silver bags, 3m repairs, 10% tax. 80m + 5m − 3m = 82m. Minus 10% tax = 73.8m net pool. The guild keeps 8.2m.
Regears: from the pool or from the bank
Turn on Include regear to pay players for lost gear. With Automatic detection of regears on, deaths are read from the killboard and matched to the roster. Check and fix each row.
Then choose how regears are paid:
- From the lootsplit pool: regears come off the pool before shares are split. Set Max share of pool for regears to cap them. If regears go over the cap, every regear is scaled down by the same percentage.
- From the guild bank: the whole pool is still split between players. Regears are paid on top.
See Regears for setting prices per build.
Extras and shares
- Extra silver: a fixed bonus for a player, e.g. the caller or a scout. Extras come off the pool before the split.
- Share %: in Player split, everyone starts on a 100% share. Give a half share with
50, or a bonus share with150. The pool is divided by weight. - Fixed per player: in the wizard, pick Fixed per player instead of Split evenly to type each amount yourself. The total can't go over the pool.
Only players with a linked account, or a Discord-only balance, can receive silver. Fix the roster in Attendance first.
Run it
- Check the summary: net pool, regears, extras, and what each player receives.
- Click Execute payout.
- Each player's balance goes up by their share. The event moves to Paid out.
Nothing to pay? Click Mark paid out to close the event without moving silver.
Export as text copies the payout table for a Discord post. Choose player names, Discord @names or Discord IDs.
Receipt DMs
Leaders can turn on Payout receipt DMs in Settings. Each paid player gets a Discord DM with their share, regear, new balance and links. It never shows what the guild kept. DMs go out a few minutes after the payout. Several payouts on the same event are combined into one DM.
Made a mistake?
Open Event Lootsplits → Paid out and click Revert on the event. Every balance goes back and you can run the payout again. Receipt DMs not sent yet are cancelled.
A revert can be blocked:
- Some members already spent their share. The error names them so you know who to talk to.
- Balances were wiped after the payout. Payouts from before a wipe can't be reverted.
Guild bank
Grant, remove, pay out, export, and wipe member balances.
Guild bank is the officer view of every member's balance. It has three tabs: Bank, Logs and Bank Stats.
What you see
- Total owed to players at the top: all positive balances added up. This is the silver the guild needs in game to pay everyone.
- A line counting members in debt and how much they owe. Silver owed to former members is shown separately.
- Members balance: one row per member. Search by name, or sort by balance or name. Left Guild · first puts former members at the top so you can settle them.
Tags on a row:
- Unregistered: paid through Discord, no website account yet.
- Left Guild: no longer a member, but still has a balance.
Pay a member out
When you trade a member their silver in game:
- Find them and click Pay out.
- Confirm. The amount is copied to your clipboard and their balance is set to zero.
- Paste the amount into the in-game trade.
Hold Ctrl while clicking Pay out to skip the confirmation. If the balance is negative, Pay out clears the debt instead.
Grant or remove silver
- Click Modify on the member's row.
- Choose Grant or Remove.
- Enter the amount.
500k,1.5mand similar work. - Add a Note, e.g. "Scout bonus" or "Fine: no-show". Members can see it in their history.
- Click Apply.
A warning shows if the change leaves them owing the guild.
For several people at once, use /bank give or /bank remove in Discord with @members or a @role. See Discord commands for balance.
Export to Excel
Click Export to Excel to download a CSV of every balance and the guild totals.
Logs
Logs lists every balance change in the guild: payouts, grants, removals, member payments and wipes. Each entry shows who made it and when. Use it when a member asks "where did my silver go?".
Wipe all balances
Some guilds start fresh each season. Wipe balances… at the bottom of Bank sets every balance to zero, for current and former members, credits and debts alike.
- Click Wipe balances… and read what will be cleared.
- Type the guild name, tick I understand this cannot be undone, and optionally add a reason.
- Click Wipe all balances.
A wipe can't be undone. Payouts from before it can no longer be reverted. The ledger keeps the detail for 30 days. Only leaders can wipe, unless a rank is given Wipe all member balances.

Economy history
Review loot value, payouts, and guild income over a date range.
See how much your guild's events earned and where the silver went.
- Open Guild bank → Bank Stats.
- Pick a range: 7 days, 30 days, Season (90d) or custom dates.
- Read the three totals:
- Loot gained: EMV loot from paid-out events.
- Paid to members: silver credited to members through payouts.
- Guild income: what the guild kept through guild tax, both percent and raw silver.
- The table below lists each payout in the range.
Use it to check your tax rate is right, or to show members what the guild earned.
Reverted payouts aren't counted. Activity from before this page existed isn't shown.
