Siphoned energy
Mirror the guild's in-game Siphoned Energy account so every player can see what they owe.
Siphoned energy
What the guild's Siphoned Energy account tracks, and how to read your standing.
In game, your guild has a shared Siphoned Energy account. Members deposit energy into it, and energy is taken out of it, for example for crystal match entry fees. The game logs each movement but doesn't show a running total per player.
AlbionZVZ fills that gap. Officers paste the in-game log, and every player gets a running tally of what they put in and took out.
Reading your standing
Open Siphoned energy in the guild sidebar.
| You see | Meaning |
|---|---|
| You owe the guild | You took out more than you put in. Deposit energy to settle it. |
| The guild is holding for you | You put in more than you took out. |
| Settled up | In and out are equal. |
Below the total:
- Put in and Taken out: your lifetime deposits and withdrawals, with a bar showing the balance between them.
- Officer adjustment: if an officer changed your standing by hand, it shows here. Ask them if the reason isn't clear.
- By character: if you have more than one linked character, each one is listed separately.
- The footer shows your last movement and when the log was last imported.
Your standing is only as fresh as the last import. A deposit you made today shows up after officers import the next log.
Link your character first
The in-game log records character names, not website accounts. To see your standing:
- Open Profile from your dashboard.
- Link the Albion character you play in this guild.
Your standing appears right away if that character is already in an imported log. If you see No siphon activity yet, your character hasn't appeared in an imported log yet.
Left the guild?
If you left while owing energy, you can still see your standing so it can be settled. Leaving the guild doesn't clear it.
Why no line-by-line history?
The site keeps running totals per player, not every log line. Officers have the full log in game. Ask them if you want to check a specific deposit.
Import the account log
Paste the in-game log, check the preview, and keep totals matching the game.
Import the guild's Siphoned Energy log and every player's standing updates on its own. You don't need to count anything by hand.
Import a log
- In game, open the guild's Siphoned Energy account log and copy it.
- On the website, open Siphoned energy → Import log.
- Paste into Account log.
- Optional but recommended: enter the In-game account total, the number the guild account shows right now.
- Click Preview import. Nothing is saved yet.
- Read the preview (see below), then click Import N lines.
The log is tab-separated Date, Player, Reason, Amount, newest first. Paste it exactly as the game gives it. Don't sort or edit it in Excel first.
Reading the preview
| Figure | Meaning |
|---|---|
| N new lines | Lines that will be counted |
| Players affected | How many players' standings change |
| Already counted | Lines from an earlier import. Skipped, never counted twice |
| Rejected | Lines that couldn't be read. Up to five are listed with the reason |
| New span | Date range of the new lines |
| Net change | How much the account total moves |
| Total after | The account total after this import |
The preview may also show:
- ✅ Projected total matches the number you entered. Everything lines up.
- ⚠️ Projected total is X, but you entered Y. Lines are missing from the paste, or the number was mistyped. Check before importing.
- ⚠️ This export starts at … after the … you last imported. There's a gap. Log lines in between have aged out of the game and can't be recovered. See How often to import.
- ⚠️ Lines look out of order. The paste was sorted or merged, usually in Excel. Copy it straight from the game again.
- ℹ️ Names have no linked website account. Those players still count and appear as Unlinked in the table. They see their standing once they link their character.
Imports can't be undone. Standings are stored as totals per player, not line by line. Always read the preview.
Overlapping logs are safe
Paste as much as you like. Anything already counted is skipped automatically, even lines with the same timestamp. Two officers importing overlapping logs won't double anything.
Lines older than your last import are also skipped. You can't add older history after importing newer lines. For a full history, import the oldest log first.
How often to import
The game only keeps recent log history. Import at least every few weeks, or deposits and withdrawals will drop out of the game before you capture them. Weekly is a safe habit.
The account check
After each import, the top of the page shows:
- Owed by players: total energy players owe the guild.
- Held for players: total energy the guild holds for players.
- Account total: the sum of every imported line. It should match the game.
If you entered the in-game total, you'll see Matches or Off by X. When it's off, lines were probably missed. Import again and re-enter the total.
Officer adjustments are shown separately and never change the account total. That keeps the check against the game accurate.
Player balances table
Every name from the log is listed with Put in, Taken out, Adjusted, Balance and Last activity.
- Search by character or member name.
- Filter All, Linked or Unlinked to find players who haven't linked a character.
- Click a column to sort. Sort by balance to see who owes the most.
Who can import
Anyone with Report siphoned energy can open Import log and see every player. Importing and adjusting also need Adjust siphoned energy. Officers and leaders have both.
Adjust, undo and reset
Fix a player's standing by hand, undo a change, or start over.
Sometimes the log isn't the whole story. A player might pay their debt in silver, or the guild might write off an entry fee. Adjustments cover those cases.
Adjust a player
- Open Siphoned energy → Import log.
- Click Adjust on the player's row. For someone not in the log yet, click Adjust a player and type their character name exactly as it is in game. A typo creates a separate player.
- Choose how to change it:
- Add: raise their standing, e.g. they paid their debt in silver.
- Remove: lower it, e.g. they owe for something outside the log.
- Set to: set an exact standing.
0settles them up. A negative number means they owe that much.
- Add a note, e.g. "Paid in silver". The player sees that an adjustment was made.
- Check the resulting balance in the preview and click Apply.
Adjustments are kept apart from the imported log. They change the player's standing, but not the Account total you check against the game.
Undo an adjustment
Recent adjustments lists every hand-made change, newest first, with who made it and the note. Click Undo on one to reverse it.
Undoing adds an opposite adjustment instead of deleting the original, so the history stays complete.
Reset everything
Starting a new season, or an import went badly wrong? A leader can wipe the slate clean.
- At the bottom of Import log, open Reset siphoned energy.
- Read what will be cleared: players, log lines counted, officer adjustments, and the account total.
- Type the guild name to confirm. Add a note if you like, e.g. "Starting a new season". The note is kept even after the reset.
- Confirm.
Every standing goes to zero and the next paste counts as a first import. Re-importing the same log after a reset is safe. Nothing is counted twice, because nothing is left.
A reset can't be undone.
