Fill in the event form and pick how people sign up. Players get a link to join and you get a roster to fill.

1. Open Events and click New event.
2. Add title, time, location and shot caller.
3. Pick how people sign up: Caller assign, Comp self assign, Open parties or Live comp.
4. Pick a composition if it asks for one.
5. Optional: turn on Post in Discord.
6. Create the event and copy the share link.

Put signed-up players into comp slots by clicking or dragging. Everyone sees their party and role.

1. Open the event link while logged in as an officer.
2. Check who signed up in the Signups panel.
3. Click an empty slot and pick a player, or drag a player onto it.
4. Someone missing? Click Add member.

Changes save on their own. Ping sends a Discord DM to assigned players.

Share the event in Discord or copy the link. Players can sign up right away.

1. Open the event and click Share.
2. Click Post in Discord: pick the channel, who to ping, and whether to show signups.
3. Or copy the link and paste it yourself.
4. When the comp is final, click Ping to DM assigned players.

Leaders can turn on automatic reminders in Settings.

Post and manage events without leaving Discord. Quicker if your guild lives there.
